• Initially individual student personal data (name, address and other data required by the school) is entered into ClearTrack from data provided by the school (data is uploaded from the school’s student management system))
• The school checks the data and ensures the correct students appear in the correct class (Administration task).
• School determines the level of teacher access (a number of different levels are available ranging from a “whole school” view, “individual class” view, “teaching group” view etc.)

• Run your tests in the normal way then in ClearTrack open a relevant Standard test (or Tailored test) and select the booklet used, add the date ofd the test, enter just the raw score and ClearTrack does the rest.

ClearTrack allows for the collecting all standard tests (including NAPLAN) for a student in one place to let teachers easily access information and track student progression over their primary years. ClearTrack contains and extensive database of standardised scores from a range to Tests commonly used in Australian schools so that Teachers no longer need to manually look up these scores.
